	Burton Corblin process air compressors have been specially designed to suit the needs of the PET bottle blow-molding industry. The range comprises atmospheric suction compressors, and 100 to 600 psi (7 - 40 bar) air boosters capable of delivering clean air to the blow-molding machines.
The compression cylinders are oil-free, thus ensuring the absence of contamination of the process air and of the water condensates. The selection between an atmospheric suction compressor and a booster will depend on your plant concept. With the BCC and BCS Series, Burton Corblin has the right machine to suit your requirements.

All compressors are water cooled for efficient and continuous duty.

Systems can be supplied with open water circuits or with a closed loop incorporating a recycle pump and an airblast cooler or a cooling tower.

Cylinder cooling rates are controlled to avoid moisture condensation and ensure optimum component life.

The process air is cooled down after each compression stage by tube and shell heat exchangers; water condensates are trapped in separators fitted with autodrain devices.
